Shipping Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Shippable items ordered on the website will be shipped within one business day unless otherwise stated for that item. Accuracy of shipping times are the responsibility of the courier and not R & R Wireless. If a item is damaged or missing from a shipment R & R Wireless must be notified within 3 business days from arrival. Refund or exchange will be at the discretion of R & R Wireless.
Items purchased by accident can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase at the customers expense if in the same condition as purchased. Defective items can be returned for a refund or exchanged once inspected within 30 days of purchase. Damaged items can not be refunded.
Once applied service plans can not be returned or refunded.
